Our client is an established and successful accounting firm who are looking for a switched on, experienced Support Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an administration Superstar who wants to work with a great team in a professional and fun environment. The main purpose of this role is to provide "first class" administrative support to the Client Managers and team. You will be responsible for:
Providing 1st class administrative support to the Client Managers and the accounting team
Uploading and updating jobs in XPM and Plus91.
Coordinating the preparation and distribution of tax packs
Document management including filing and archiving
Managing client onboarding and exiting
Customer service including reception duties
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years administration experience (industry experience is an advantage)
Excellent communication skills
The ability to show initiative, be proactive and prioritise their workload.
Strong computer skills
A positive and committed work ethic coupled with reliability and honesty.
