Our client is a large NZ based, publicly listed company with global distribution channels in the supply of pharmaceutical products to the pharmacy prescription, OTC and hospital markets.  We are looking for an experienced Accounts temp to assist AP/AR whilst they implement a new ERP system.  

• 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon to Fri
• Based in Takapuna
• Assignment dates: Immediate start (circa 2 months)

Working in a the finance team, your main responsibilities will include: 

• Process accounts payable invoices
• Process credit card transactions, reconcile supplier statements and supporting documentation
• Prepare and process payments, send remittance advices
• Liaise with suppliers; complete credit applications, process direct debit payments to supplier accounts
• Accounts Receivable and credit control, preparation of general ledger reconciliations
• Administration; maintain supplier records
• Perform month end reconciliations relating to AP

You will bring the following skills and attributes;

• At least 3-4 years AP and/or AR experience
• Proactive attitude with a high attention to detail
• Resilient and able to plan workload according to reporting deadlines   
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
• Good numerical skills and computer literate (particularly Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems (Greentree would be an advantage but is not a requirement)
