Our client is a family-owned and operated distributor of scientific equipment and consumables. A newly created role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the Albany-based warehouse and the timely delivery of products to their valued customer base.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, processing, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods
• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfilment
• Stock management and stock takes
• Analyse and review freight costs
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
• Daily operational tasks and clear team communication 

 The successful applicant will have:

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Experience in warehouse and 3PL operations is an advantage as is a Dangerous Goods certificate (training will be provided)
