IT Manager | Lancashire / Hybrid | Permanent | £40k - £52k  
 
Are you an experienced IT leader looking to make a global impact in the renewable energy sector? A leading renewables company is seeking a talented Group IT Manager to oversee and innovate its international IT operations.
 
In this key leadership role, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy to enhance connectivity and operational efficiency across the organisation. From managing cloud-based solutions to leading the integration of enterprise systems, you’ll ensure seamless collaboration for employees worldwide. Your responsibilities will also include establishing robust IT support services, driving cybersecurity initiatives, and ensuring compliance with international data protection laws.
 
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT management for multinational businesses, particularly within the renewable energy, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. Expertise in ERP, CRM, and collaboration tools (such as Microsoft 365, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce) is essential. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are key to thriving in this role.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement a global IT strategy
• Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and support services
• Lead the design of a global back-office system
• Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
• Experience in implementing global IT systems and cloud-based solutions preferred.
