Quality Control Supervisor | Dundee | Permanent | £40k - £45k

We are delighted to be recruiting a Quality Control Supervisor for our client, a specialist engineering company providing services and high-performance industrial components directly to globally recognised businesses.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and manage the Inspection and NDT team, fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement.
• Oversee quality control processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Drive initiatives to achieve zero defects and enhance production quality performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices within the department.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team competence and performance.

• Proven experience in quality assurance or operational roles within ISO 9001-certified environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
