You know the drill. Without grid connections, nothing happens. No solar farms. No batteries. No clean energy.
This role puts you in charge of making sure the projects actually work – because you’ll own everything grid-related from feasibility to energisation.
You’ll be the person who knows how to navigate DNOs, TOs, NGESO, and private wire setups without breaking a sweat. You’ll negotiate, troubleshoot, and make sure every connection is technically sound and commercially sensible.

What you’ll need:

• Solid experience (5+ years) delivering grid connections for UK solar and BESS projects.
• Private wire know-how.
• The ability to read, review, and influence technical agreements like BEGA, CUSC, and TRA.
• Electrical engineering chops and the confidence to manage complex designs.
