Project Planner – Renewable Energy Infrastructure (UK-Based)
A fast-scaling Independent Power Producer is seeking a Project Planner to support the delivery of transformative energy infrastructure projects across the UK. With major capital investment secured and planning permission in place for a 7x scale-up, this is a business on track to become a major force in the energy transition.
You’ll be working on flagship projects including 100MW+ battery energy storage systems, hydrogen-ready thermal power plants, and green hydrogen electrolysis facilities—each involving complex civil, mechanical, and electrical installations.
Your Role

• Develop and manage tender and contract programmes.
• Analyse labour, plant, logistics, and construction methodologies.
• Prepare procurement and information schedules.
• Identify risks and opportunities across project phases.
• Track progress, forecast completion, and support entitlement analysis.
• Create and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in planning roles within EPC/EPCM or traditional contracting environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with renewable energy, hydrogen, or BESS projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of construction regulations and industry best practices.
