ALS Environmental - Smithfield Site has an excellent opportunity due to growth for an experienced
Client Services Officer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Client Services Manager as a CSO you will be responsible for the day-to-day workflow of our major clients in monitoring and managing with strong communication skills within the business and client interaction.
The
Client Services Officer role within ALS Environmental includes developing existing and new business within the environmental clients. You will be required to assist and be part of a dynamic team working to strive for our clients’ requirements and client services.
The day to day - Establish strong relationships through regular good communication skills.
- Managing general inbox
- Investigate, advise and resolve client queries.
- Quotes preparation and follow up.
- Promote ALS Services Via phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Project Implementation administration
- Daily monitoring of work orders and communication with senior lab productions staff
- Ensuring adherence to clients supplied program information.
- Establishing strong relationships through regulator client interaction and face to face contact
- Actively marketing the services of laboratory through phone and face to face client contact
- Assisting and working together with client services team with tenders and quotes
- Providing technical information to customers
About you/The Essentials - Science or Technical ability would be advantageous
- Adapt and be able to prioritise daily workload.
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good planning and organisations skills
- Demonstrated judgement and problem-solving skills.
