The Opportunity
We have a remote or hybrid 12-month contract opportunity (with potential to extend) to lead impactful training and communication as we roll out Workday to our global business. This role requires the successful candidates to be fluent in Spanish (written and verbal).
As Training Lead (50%), you’ll design and deliver engaging, practical learning experiences that empower employees to confidently adopt new systems and processes. You’ll apply instructional design principles to create clear, user-friendly content using modern learning tools and platforms. Whether developing eLearning modules, facilitating virtual sessions, or guiding local trainers, your focus will be on equipping people with what they need to succeed.
As Internal Communications Lead (50%), you’ll craft the narrative around this change—building awareness, trust, and engagement. You’ll develop communication strategies and content that resonates across different audiences and geographies, using platforms like SharePoint, Teams, email campaigns, and Viva Engage. You'll help ensure people not only understand the change but feel part of the journey.
You’ll work in close partnership with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Marketing, and regional leaders, and have the autonomy to shape both the strategy and the execution. With minimal travel and a remote-first culture, this is a chance to make a global impact—right from where you are.
