We are currently seeking a Data Solutions Officer to join our ANZ Environmental team in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. In this role, you will support the delivery of data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions that drive smarter decision-making across the business.
The day to day
The role will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and data models using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools
- Leverage data from CRM (Dynamics 365) and LIMS to deliver integrated, real-time business insights
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design scalable data solutions
- Lead efforts to standardise data and reporting frameworks across CRM, LIMS, and other core business systems
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of operational and commercial metrics to support enterprise-wide reporting and decision-making
The essentials: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring commercial acumen, operational leadership, and a people-first approach. In addition, you will have:
- Qualifications in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions with measurable outcomes
- Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas), data visualization tools (Power BI), and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Proven track record in managing and visualising data from multiple complex systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
