We are currently seeking a Communication & Engagement Advisor to join our ANZ Environmental team in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. In this role, you will support senior leaders in delivering clear and impactful internal communications, while also driving external client engagement through a range of digital channels.
The day to day
The role will be responsible for:
- Deliver communication plans tailored to the ANZ Environmental business
- Lead internal communication initiatives in partnership with senior leadership
- Actively participate in regional marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Create content across newsletters, blogs, video, social media, and email marketing
- Produce educational and promotional content
- Collaborate with stakeholders to grow brand visibility and awareness
- Coordinate events, conferences, and internal engagement activities
- Manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more
- Support analytics and reporting across digital platforms
The essentials: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring commercial acumen, operational leadership, and a people-first approach. In addition, you will have:
- Qualifications and/or experience in marketing, communications, or related disciplines
- Proven ability to develop a wide range of promotional materials for diverse audiences
- Experience executing digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Excellent writing, editing, and reporting skills tailored for multiple formats and platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- A demonstrated understanding of communication tools, channels, and campaign execution
