ALS Coal, based at Richlands, is seeking a proactive and motivated Full-Time Administration Assistant to join our team. If you are a self-starter who can work autonomously with a focus on quality work and strong team spirit, we would love to hear from you. Reporting to the Site Administrator, this role offers excellent career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry into Pronto accounting software.
- Invoicing and supporting End of Month reconciliation processes.
- Performing general administration tasks, including filing.
- Assisting with Human Resources tasks, including onboarding new starters.
- Providing reception backup when required.
- Operating autonomously with a focus on time management and attention to detail.
The Essentials: - Previous accounts experience.
- Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Pronto accounting software is an advantage but not essential.
