About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Joiner to join our team in Otago. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum joinery products, including windows, doors, sliders, and commercial frames. You’ll be working in a modern workshop with high-quality equipment, delivering accurate, high-standard workmanship for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing

• Fabricating aluminum windows, doors, and joinery systems to specification
• Cutting, assembling, glazing, and sealing aluminium frames
• Interpreting technical drawings, plans, and measurements
• Operating workshop machinery including saws, routers, and punch tools
• Installing joinery on-site when required
• Carrying out repairs, adjustments, and maintenance to existing joinery
• Completing job sheets and reporting any issues or required variations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workflow and quality output

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in aluminum joinery or a similar fabrication role
• Strong understanding of joinery systems and fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret plans, measurements, and construction drawings
• Confident using workshop tools and machinery
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive workshop tasks
• Full driver’s licence & own transport preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
