About the role
We’re looking for skilled Plasterers to join our team in Christchurch. You’ll be working on a mix of residential and commercial projects, applying your trade skills to ensure walls, ceilings, and finishes are completed to a professional standard.

What you'll be doing

• Applying and finishing plaster on interior and exterior surfaces
• Preparing and setting surfaces before application
• Repairing cracks, holes, and other imperfections in walls or ceilings
• Mixing and applying various plaster compounds
• Working with different materials such as solid plaster, render, and texture finishes
• Collaborating with builders, painters, and site supervisors to achieve project goals
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of plastering experience (qualification not essential, but must meet trade standard)
• Experience with solid and/or interior plastering techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and deliver quality finishes
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transport and full driver’s licence
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
