About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Insulation Installer to join our team in Christchurch. This hands-on role involves installing insulation in new builds, renovations, and commercial sites. You’ll be working both independently and alongside other trades, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing ceiling, underfloor, and wall insulation in residential and commercial properties
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials to required specifications
• Sealing gaps and ensuring full coverage for maximum energy efficiency
• Working in compliance with health, safety, and building code requirements
• Handling tools, ladders, and equipment safely
• Coordinating with other site workers and tradespeople
• Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment
• Completing jobs on time and to a professional standard

What We're Looking For

• Previous insulation installation experience (preferred but training provided for the right person)
• Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces or at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, self-motivated, and hardworking
• Own reliable transport
• NZ driver’s licence
