About the Role:
As a Ceiling Fixer, you’ll be responsible for installing suspended, acoustic, and plasterboard ceilings across a range of projects. You’ll work closely with builders, site supervisors, and other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install ceiling materials accurately
• Install suspension systems, framing, and fixings for various ceiling types
• Work safely at height using scaffolding, ladders, or mobile platforms
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain a tidy and organized worksite
• Collaborate with other trades and report progress to site supervisors

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Ceiling Fixer or in a similar role
• Experience in complex 2-way/1-way ceilings preferred
• Comfortable with working at heights and handling materials manually
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
• Experience with commercial and residential projects is an advantage
