Administration Assistant
We are seeking an experienced admin assistant for our busy office in Waltham.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and office supplies.
Support events and onboarding processes.
Perform general administrative tasks.
Assisting with payroll, invoicing and timesheet approving
Requirements:
Experience in an admin role.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
