We’re looking for an experienced Foreperson Gardener to lead our gardening team in maintaining and enhancing our landscapes. This role is perfect for someone with a strong horticultural background and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee, train, and motivate the gardening team.
• Garden Care: Manage planting, pruning, watering, weeding, and pest control.
• Project Oversight: Assist with workflow planning and seasonal projects.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years in gardening or landscaping supervision.
• Strong plant knowledge and garden planning skills.
• Proficiency with gardening tools; pesticide certification a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
