We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified physiotherapist or occupational therapist to join our team on a permanent part time basis, working across multiple northern sites who we provide services to (Locations include Balaklava, Riverton and Hamley Bridge)
  
What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality allied health services across various northern locations (including rehabilitation, exercise, HEP's, pain management, re-enablement, ect) 
• Assess, plan, implement and regularly review individualised treatment programs and care plans for a wide range of residents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for residents 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards
• Provide and prescribe treatments with a strong exercise and re-enablement focus

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy/Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Current registration with the Australian Health and Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)  
• A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply) 
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly to northern locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
