Hill McGlynn Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking an immediate start with ongoing work and the potential to secure a permanent position with a reputable employer.

You will be responsible for two schemes, one at the latter stages of the site and the other at procurement, with groundwork starting immediately for the beginning of July.

• Managing projects in line with programme, budget and quality requirements
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
