Preferred Requirements:

A couple of years of site experience, ideally with a background in construction or a related field. Knowledge of cladding and facades will be a huge advantage.
Proficient in navigating documentation and accreditation portals, with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Ability to conduct low-level site visits and support our current Health & Safety Advisor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our construction teams
Proactive mindset with a drive to identify and address safety concerns, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant health and safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH certifications, or a willingness to study for these qualifications
Experience in the social housing, EWI, roofing, kitchen, or bathroom sectors
A valid driver's license to facilitate site visits and travel as needed
