Hill McGlynn Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-established M&E subcontractor to recruit an experienced Repairs Planner / Maintenance Coordinator, based out of their Bromley office.

Our client specialises in delivering reactive maintenance works, supporting a range of contracts and clients. This is a key office-based role, ideal for someone with strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
 
The Role
As a Repairs Planner / Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating reactive maintenance jobs from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Logging and scheduling reactive maintenance works
• Coordinating engineers and subcontractors
• Managing job progress and ensuring SLA compliance
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers
• Raising and tracking works orders
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Handling client queries and resolving issues promptly

About You

• Previous experience in a repairs planning, maintenance coordination, or scheduling role
• Background within M&E, building services, or facilities maintenance is highly desirable
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator with good customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced reactive environment
• Competent with IT systems and scheduling software
