The Role: As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team across multiple healthcare projects, assisting in the effective financial management from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with cost management and budget control
Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations and final accounts
Assisting with subcontractor procurement and package management
Supporting monthly cost/value reporting
Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success
About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant Quantity Surveying role
Experience working with a main contractor (preferred)
Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within a growing business
