Analyst role with real commercial impact—MI, trends & product insight. Work closely with underwriting & ops. Ideal step into product.
Claims Analyst. MI Analyst. Pricing Analyst. Operations Analyst.
The titles might be different, but the core skill is the same — understanding what the numbers are telling you.
In many analyst roles, you produce the report, share the findings and someone else decides what happens next.
But some roles sit much closer to the commercial side of the business.
Where the trends you identify influence conversations.
Where the data helps shape how products perform.
And where you can see the outcome of the analysis you produce.
This opportunity offers exactly that.
You’ll be analysing quote and sales performance, producing MI and identifying trends that highlight opportunities to improve product performance and customer journeys. But this isn’t analysis that sits in isolation.
You’ll work closely with underwriting, operations teams and broker partners — answering queries, sharing insight and supporting how the personal lines portfolio evolves.
You don’t need to have worked in product before. If you’ve built your experience within an analytical role in insurance, this could be a natural step into product analysis.
Whether your background is in claims, MI, operations, pricing or data analysis, what matters most is your ability to interpret information, spot trends and ask the right questions.
The role sits within the Personal Lines team of a growing MGA, where you’ll work closely with the Product Manager and gain exposure to how products are supported, developed and improved over time.
For many analysts, roles like this become the step into Product Management longer term, giving you broader exposure across underwriting, operations, broker relationships and product performance.
If this sounds like the type of move you’ve been thinking about, the next step is simple.
