This is a Senior Delegated Authority Analyst role within a small, high-performing syndicate where the DA team owns the process end to end.
That means:
- New and renewal onboarding
- Due diligence
- Audits
- Wording and QA checks
- Bordereaux review
- DXC premium and claims submissions
- Ongoing monitoring
And yes, that does mean getting involved in some hands-on processing and technical work
Not because the business is behind the times…
But because they believe the best DA oversight comes from people who stay close to the detail.
The current Head of DUA is still doing this now….no hierarchy here!
If you take pride in doing things properly, this will feel refreshing.
If you’re looking to step away from the technical side of DA altogether, it probably won’t be the right move.
