Are you passionate about student wellbeing and community engagement? Join UniLodge @ University Hall as a Residential Life Assistant (RLA) and play a key role in supporting students throughout their stay. You'll help build a safe, inclusive, and vibrant residential community by facilitating events, offering guidance, and supporting residents' welfare and engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Be a friendly, proactive point of contact for residents
• Support and deliver engaging community events and wellbeing initiatives
• Assist with resident arrivals, orientation, and departures
• Promote inclusion, safety, and student wellbeing
• Respond to resident needs, incidents, and after-hours support (as required)

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in student services, care, or event coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for helping others and building community
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some after-hours support
• Physical and Mental Health First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Eligibility to apply for a Police Vetting Check
