To support our mission, we are looking for a Performance Marketer who is eager to take on a challenging and rewarding role in real estate marketing.

About our Sales Division

• A high-performing team selling investment properties and educating investors
• Led by Landmark Group’s Head of Acquisitions
• Focused on scaling our founder’s personal & company brands through Instagram, TikTok, and paid advertising
• Our goal: Make social media our #1 lead generation channel.

The Role

Performance Marketer As a Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in driving lead generation through paid social media campaigns. You must have a deep understanding of digital advertising and a passion for experimenting with new messaging and content formats to maximize engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve performance
• A/B test landing pages and funnels to increase conversion rates
• Monitor and optimize key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL) to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and videographers to enhance ad performance
• Implement retargeting strategies and integrate with CRM automation workflows

Core Skills and Experience

• Paid Media Buying – Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Marketing Strategy and Messaging – Ability to align campaigns with business objectives
• Funnel Optimisation and A/B Testing – Experience in testing and optimising ad performance
• Competitor and Market Analysis – Identifying trends and opportunities in the digital space
• Data and Performance Tracking – Strong analytical skills to track ROAS, CPA, and CPL
• Retargeting and CRM Integration – Experience in nurturing leads through automated workflows
• Budget Management and ROAS Optimization
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
