We are looking for a Content Creator on a Part-time basis (with the opportunity to transition into Full-time), who is passionate about storytelling, social media growth, and lead generation to help us build and scale our online presence.

The Role 
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for strategic content creation across organic and paid social media.

Your work will drive brand credibility, engagement, and lead generation while nurturing audiences not yet ready to purchase.

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Product/Operations and be supported by editors and videographers as required.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Advertising & Lead Generation

• Create and manage high-performing paid ad campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Optimise ad performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions
• Develop target ad creatives, copy, and audience strategies to sell property to a range of audiences.
• Experiment with ad messaging and create multiple ad variations to test messaging live.
• Define target demographics.

Content Strategy & Creation

• Create high-converting paid ads that run on company accounts
• Plan, script, and direct engaging short-form content for social media (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify top-performing content strategies
• Write compelling copy for captions, posts, and marketing materials.

Email Marketing (EDMs)

• Develop an email marketing strategy to engage segmented audiences
• Write persuasive and conversion-driven EDM content.

Brand Development & Audience Growth

• Build a strong social media presence through consistent posting and engagement
• Implement strategies to generate leads organically and through paid ads
• Leverage content to sell through personal brands and establish credibility in the property investment space.

• Passionate about social media lead generation and brand building
• Ambitious, collaborative, and eager to scale a marketing team
• Strong skills in scripting, directing, copywriting, and planning content
• Interest in property investment or willingness to upskill in the space.
