To help us with our mission, we are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.
  
About the Role
As our Finishes Foreman, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our project, reporting directly to the Site Manager. Working closely with Services Coordinator, Quantity Surveyors, and our site team, you'll ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

About You

• Experienced Foreman / Finishes Foreman with circa 10yrs experience in the residential apartment space.
• Proven track record delivering quality finishes in the class 2 space within recent years on projects $50m to $100m+ in value.
• Strong understanding of the DBP Act, Australian standards, Building Code and all compliance items.
• Good with safety, quality, documentation and being a key person on site to manage works and support sub-contractors to deliver well.
• Able to schedule work, order materials and run your section in a professional and efficient manner with no cutting corners.
