To help us with our mission, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.
 
About You

You are a highly driven and experienced Project Architect with a strong background in architectural design and management. With a proven track record in leading the design process across residential developments, you ensure that each project is delivered to the highest standards.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the delivery of Class 2 residential developments across multiple stages, from concept design to contract administration.
• Preparing detailed Construction Certificate (CC) documentation.
• Conducting quality checks at each stage, applying your expertise in construction detailing.
• Regularly reviewing design work to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Bringing forward-thinking design solutions with a focus on construction documentation and project execution.
• Demonstrating deep practical knowledge of the Australian design market, including local codes and regulations.
• Leading large-scale, multi-project teams, with support from the sector lead and an established team, in a senior architectural leadership role reporting to the executive team.
• Proficient in Revit as your primary design tool.

  Essential Qualifications and Experience  

• A minimum of 10+ years post-graduate experience within Architecture including a minimum of 8+ years local experience is essential
• Must be currently leading your own projects
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture
• Strong Revit experience is essential for this role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with consultants
• Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of projects, working across all phases of a project
• Thorough understanding of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and experience working from concept to delivery phases
• Strong leadership skills, able to resolve complex issues with the support of directors and associates
• Full working visa or residency status and current local experience is essential for this role.
