To help us with our mission, we are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.

The Opportunity

As an Assistant Development Manager, you will join a small, passionate, and energetic team working at a fast pace to deliver the Landmark development pipeline.

The role will require you to provide support in both development and project management to our Development Managers.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing weekly action plans, Consultant Agreements, and Deliverables Matrix
• Preparing required invoicing, meeting minutes, PCG (Project Control Group) reporting.
• Provide support to management with budgeting, deliverable matrix, design standards compliance.
• Coordinate Occupation Certificate completion through the assistance of the Development Manager.
• Coordinate key components of the varying land titles, including but not limited to Area Checks, Procure Consent, Unit Entitlements, ad Subdivision Certificates.
• Working closely with other departments, such are Sales, and Pre-Construction.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Class 2 residential experience. 
• Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in Property Development post-degree completion.
• Ability to support the project feasibility process with clear documentation and supporting information.
• Experience in managing external consultants and dealing with authorities.
• Strong understanding of procurement, and planning.
• Demonstrated knowledge in negotiating contract commercial terms.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas of challenge or improvement to achieve business outcomes.
• Practical experience or exposure with financial modelling, and business case writing.
