Your Role Will Include:

• Sourcing and evaluating properties for subdivision and development
• Conducting feasibility studies and due diligence to guide strategic decisions
• Negotiating and submitting purchase offers to property owners and agents
• Building and nurturing lasting relationships with real estate agents and key stakeholders
• Designing optimal site layouts to maximize project success
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to meet shared goals and secure outstanding deals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in real estate and property, with at least 3 years in acquisitions and development management (preferably in Sydney)
• Passion for Development: Strong drive for success in property development and a deep understanding of market dynamics
• Financial Acumen: Competent in assessing project feasibility and navigating complex opportunities
• Strong Communicator: Charismatic, approachable, and skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships
• Problem Solver: Persistence, positivity, and innovative thinking are your trademarks
