We are currently seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our team and help us achieve this mission.
  
General Foreman
As our General Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our projects, reporting directly to the Site Manager. You will work closely with Services Coordinators, Quantity Surveyors, and the site team to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  
Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in high-spec, high-rise residential apartment projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Experience working in a Tier 2 main contractor or developer / builder is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in construction documentation (construction, program, quality, safety). 
• Exceptional time management skills to oversee every aspect of the project without compromising site presence.
• Strong leadership skills, providing clear direction and support to the team to drive outstanding outcomes.
• Background in carpentry, offering a solid foundation for overseeing finishing trades.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Building Codes and Australian Standards.
• Proficiency in construction planning, ideally with MS Project.
• Experience delivering large-scale multi-storey projects in Australia with project values over $100 million.
