We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team and support the construction function of the business. The role is hybrid where you will be required at head office, and on-site. You will have to opportunity to assist in the close out of developments and then transition into setting up new builds.

Experience and Expertise

Alignment: You are an experienced Contracts Administrator who has been part of project delivery teams working on high-density residential apartment projects. These projects range from $50m+ in value.
Ideally you have 6+ years’ experience working on high-rise project, and knowledge of Sydney construction market subcontractors.
You can read and interpret plans, understand technical construction methodology and have the contractual and financial skills to give your PM confidence with your cost reporting and trade recs.
