The Opportunity
Due to a strong and growing project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join our Construction team.
This role will initially be based on our live Caringbah project and is critical to the safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of the structural works. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of structural construction activities and lead trades through one of the most important phases of the build.

About the Role
As the Structures Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all structural works on site, ensuring activities are delivered in accordance with safety, quality, and program requirements.
You will manage resources, oversee subcontractors, maintain strong site discipline, and ensure structural works set the project up for successful downstream trades and finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily structural site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and work plans are adhered to
• Coordinate site logistics including material deliveries, crane boards, and delivery schedules
• Manage trades and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, and program
• Produce and manage 2-week look-ahead programs using MS Project
• Monitor and enforce WHS requirements and site-specific environmental controls
• Conduct and record inspections and testing (ITPs) and manage QA processes
• Identify and resolve design, coordination, and constructability issues
• Ensure works are delivered within program and budget constraints
• Prepare and manage defect lists to a high standard
• Attend site and coordination meetings and provide regular construction updates

What We’re Looking For
Experience and Skills

• Trade background with at least 6 years’ experience in a similar structures role
• Strong experience delivering structural works on multi-storey or high-rise projects
• Solid knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and specifications
• Confident using computer systems and MS Project
• Hands-on, quality-focused approach to structural construction.
