About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager (Trades) to join our Services Division. This role is comparable to a Fit-Out Project Manager but offers the potential to grow beyond fit-out trades.

As a Project Manager (Trades), you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering specific construction projects. You’ll ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Initially, your focus will be on coordinating trades such as gyprock, carpentry, and painting, ensuring seamless integration and efficient delivery.
  
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone ready to step up from their current position as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Project Manager for smaller projects. It’s an opportunity to take on greater responsibilities behind the scenes.

You are comfortable and highly experienced in:

• Coordinating trades.
• Preparing and managing project programs.
• Overseeing quality management plans and reviewing QA documents/ITPs.
• Maintaining and delivering programs on schedule.

Preferred Experience & Qualification

• Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of project management or equivalent experience in construction.
• Proficiency in construction planning software (preferably MS Project).
• Extensive knowledge of Sydney’s construction market, subcontractors, building codes, and standards.
• Ablility to speak mandarin is highly regarded.
• Experience working for a reputiable Gyprocker or Plasterboard company.
