How you will make an impact
Design, develop and undertake highly complex and sizable projects. Provide security integration and engineering expertise to customers. Provide assistance to the internal customer team to ensure solutions and project scopes meet client requirements and team capabilities.
Day to day you will:
- Lead the solutioning and delivery of highly complex and sizable cyber security projects aligned with the service catalogue
- Evaluate customers' needs, understand their business strategy, IT strategy and cyber security strategy, contribute to shaping and evolving these strategies, as well as contributing to their development and prioritisation of their enterprise security architecture and security roadmap.
- Lead and deliver on project outcomes and be a key escalation point for project work
- Work with our clients to assist them in identifying and effectively managing problems that can be solved through the value provided by the SI&E Practice
- Prepare and present high-quality comprehensive project reporting to clients
- Lead and deepen customer relationships, including strategic account planning, and development of key relationships to lead to follow-on work
- Demonstrate architectural leadership by proactively remaining abreast of enterprise security frameworks and methods, and innovations in the cyber security industry, to develop and evolve industry-leading services and solutions to CyberCX’s customers
- Provide subject matter expertise (including advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes) to the Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams to support
Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years’ experience in professional services, cyber security and/or technology industry is preferred, with experience in security integration and engineering
- Experience in architecture, design, implementation and integration of security, network and mobility solutions. Including cloud, endpoint, firewall, WAF, NAC, data centre, wireless, SD-WAN, internet connectivity, unified communications, and remote access
- Expert-level experience and certifications with CyberCX’s core technology partners
- Strong cyber security GRC fundamentals and broad knowledge across a range of compliance frameworks (NZ ISM, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams
