Unimagined opportunity with our Cloud Security Solutions, Amazon Web Services Practice.  We are an AWS Premier New Zealand partner and are trusted with the design, build and operation of some of the most secure cloud and data deployments in New Zealand. How you will make an impact 
Plan and document infrastructure deployments and respond to customer environments.
You will also fulfill all day-to-day level 2 and 3 support tickets, service request and escalations for our customers’ cloud and hybrid environments.

Day to day you will: 

• Take ownership, address, and resolve incidents and service requests; log all incidents and requests; engage other service desk resources
• Provide operational support and technical escalation and manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability
• Deliver continued, secure, and highly available systems to ensure customers continue to follow the standard process
• Provision and configure AWS resources to manage customer environments
• Assist in delivering cloud and automation capability and offerings ensuring delivery of Cloud Services related projects
• Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required

Skills & Qualifications 

• At least 1 year of experience in a cloud support role, ideally, working on multi-client environments
• Knowledge of AWS products and services, including both server and serverless technologies
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform or an equivalent
• Able to work autonomously and use initiative to achieve desired outcomes
