You’ll be working closely with people managers across CyberCX NZ to identify, attract and hire world-class talent, delivering against key growth and resourcing strategies for a variety of roles across NZ. You will also work closely with the Senior Business Partner to provide advice on people matters and support the business through change.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers; developing detailed briefs for professional job requisitions, developing recruitment plans including person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation and agree timescale to meet business requirements.
You'll bring experience in strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills and you are a highly deadline-driven, organised individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Additionally, you are someone who can create compelling and comprehensive job advertisements as well as proactively attract talent on job boards, associations, networks, and direct candidate approaches.
