How you will make an impact
Work with our customers to deliver great security outcomes in Azure & Microsoft365
Day to day you will:
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to our customers
- Author documentation to the highest standard
- Manage customer expectations, communicate effectively, and develop professional relationships with customers
- Work closely with team to ensure project delivery meet customer expectations
- Create and take the lead in IP development and repeatability
- Provide leadership for customer engagements to ensure the achievement of high-quality customer outcomes
- Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of customers, and identify and explore opportunities within existing and new customers
Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
- Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 certifications
- Experience in several of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Microsoft Defender Suite
- Microsoft Purview / Information Protection
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Platforms
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architected Framework (WAF) is advantageous
- Direct experience with leading, managing, coaching and mentoring teams
- At least 7 years of experience in a Senior Consulting role, ideally in a global consulting firm or large technology company, delivering projects across multiple environments
- Solid experience in large scale migrations
