How you will make an impact
Work for a team that designs, builds and manages the secure cloud and data solutions of New Zealands most innovative organisations.
Day to day you will:
- Work with our customer base to deliver cloud security services in line with the agreed scope, CyberCX standards, and relevant industry standards or frameworks.
- Lead standard client engagements; and/or support complex and dynamic client engagements in cloud security. Core responsibilities may entail but are not limited to performing or supporting engagement planning, stakeholder management, engagement governance, risk management, delivery management and quality assurance.
- Prepare and present high-quality deliverables (written or verbal) in line with the agreed scope, customer requirements and relevant standards. For example, findings and recommendations report.
- Under the guidance of more senior team members, provide assistance to internal research and development, capability building, innovation and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of customer relationships through direct customer support and working with Customer Sales, Customer Solutions and Marketing teams to support relevant activities.
Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor level tertiary qualification in cyber security, forensics, or similar field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with a diverse range of information / cyber security projects and challenges
- Direct experience with and exposure to cloud technologies and platforms, as well as general understanding of cloud security principles and practices
- Ideally working towards one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI)
- Cloud security certification and/or cloud vendor certifications preferred
