Position Summary & Primary Objectives
The Administrative Coordinator is accountable for a broad range of activities from general administrative tasks including but not limited to supporting front of house servicing, reception tasks, meeting and greeting clients, organising catering and assisting with general office management.
In addition, you will be handling queries and problem solving through to actively contributing to projects within the teams.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring the office/front of house servicing and reception is operating smoothly and managing adequate supply resourcing as needed.
- Work alongside the Executive Business Partner in managing team events, organising internal/external meetings, booking travel, hotels and couriers.
- Effectively provide professional administration support to leaders as necessary.
- Run reports as required and assist with the administration and co-ordination of teams and practices.
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies and sundry items required by the management team, using the relevant systems.
- Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the leaders and managers in the team.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Team Administrator and/or receptionist role, ideally with some hands-on experience in administration and coordination.
- Well-presented and polished professional in your approach to business.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and priorities.
