We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in concrete and steel construction to lead the development of a state-of-the-art warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, with proven expertise in handling both concrete and steel structures. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of construction processes to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of the warehouse construction project, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage and coordinate the project team, including subcontractors, engineers, and construction workers, ensuring smooth collaboration and performance.
• Oversee project costs, monitor expenditures, and ensure the project stays within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Provide technical expertise in concrete and steel construction, ensuring that all work aligns with the design specifications and engineering requirements.
• Ensure that all construction activities are performed in compliance with safety standards and local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee quality control.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the client, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely reporting of progress.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans to address challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Oversee the preparation of necessary project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and completion certificates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on concrete and steel structures.
• Proven experience in warehouse construction or similar commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success from inception to completion.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
