Summary
 
Complaints Investigator with prior investigation experience in Parenteral or Solid Dosage. COMET System Experience is a plus. Duties: Investigate Complaints related to Manufacturing In this role, you will be responsible for investigating complaints related to Manufacturing Operations, coordinating investigations, and supporting the evaluation and closure of complaints. If you have experience in parenteral or solid dosage forms, and you are familiar with COMET system, we would love to hear from you.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Investigate Complaints related to Manufacturing Operations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
• Coordinate investigations, ensuring a thorough review of the situation and relevant processes.
• Collect data from available systems and data repositories to support investigations and analyses.
• Support impact evaluations of complaints, analyzing potential process impacts and ensuring appropriate corrective actions.
• Close Complaints in compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

• Requires 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on complaint investigations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline).
• Experience with COMET System is a plus.
