We are seeking two experienced Project Managers and two experienced Site Managers to join our team in Perth, WA, delivering high-quality HVAC solutions across a range of commercial and industrial projects.

�� 2 x Project Managers - HVAC

We are looking for proactive and results-driven Project Managers to oversee HVAC projects from planning through to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC projects from commencement through to handover.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement and resource allocation.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality and compliance.
• Identify and manage project risks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical services projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Australian standards, WHS requirements and industry practices.

�� 2 x Site Managers - HVAC

We are seeking hands-on Site Managers to lead onsite HVAC installation works, coordinate trades and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily HVAC installation and site activities.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries and site resources.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Maintain high standards of WHS, quality control and site safety.
• Monitor site progress and report on delays, issues and variations.
• Work closely with Project Managers, builders and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• Experience supervising HVAC or mechanical services installations.
• Strong site leadership and trade coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
