What you'll be doing:

• Leading mechanical services design from concept to completion
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers
• Coordinating with architects, builders, and clients to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and sustainability practices

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years' experience in Mechanical/Building Services design (consultancy experience preferred)
• Degree qualified in Mechanical / Building Services / HVAC Engineering (or similar)
• Proven ability to deliver projects and manage client relationships
• Chartered (CPEng) or working towards is highly regarded
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
