Your role will include:

• Leading hydraulic design for Class 2 projects from concept to completion
• Managing client relationships and ensuring projects meet expectations for quality, timeline, and budget
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering technical excellence within the team
• Ensuring all designs comply with Australian standards, codes, and sustainability requirements

About you:

• 7+ years' experience in hydraulic design within the Building Services industry
• Degree qualified in Mechanical / Building Services / Hydraulic Engineering (or similar)
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver on client expectations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Chartered (CPEng) or working towards is highly regarded
