Your role will include:

• Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Managing and mentoring on-site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations

About you:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager or in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant trade qualifications or tertiary qualifications in Mechanical/HVAC are highly regarded
• Safety-focused mindset with a hands-on approach to site management
