This is a role for someone who understands that a gift in a Will is about far more than a financial transaction. It is about listening, building trust, understanding what matters to supporters and helping them leave a lasting legacy.

Your Impact

• Develop and steward relationships with supporters considering leaving a gift in their Will.
• Manage a portfolio of prospective and confirmed bequest supporters, providing highly personalised engagement.
• Deliver thoughtful supporter journeys that build confidence, trust and long-term commitment.
• Work collaboratively across fundraising, marketing and wider teams to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the gifts-in-Wills program.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the supporter experience across the gifts-in-Wills pipeline — from initial enquiry through to confirmed pledges and ongoing stewardship.

You'll need excellent relationship-building skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to have sensitive conversations about legacy giving with warmth and professionalism.

This is an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to a cause that touches millions of Australians, while working in a role where the relationships you build today can have an impact well into the future.

The Organisation

This established cancer charity is committed to improving outcomes for people affected by cancer through its work across support, advocacy, research and community programs.

You'll join a purpose-driven organisation where fundraising directly contributes to work that matters.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in gifts in Wills, bequests or legacy fundraising.
• Strong relationship management and supporter stewardship skills.
• Confidence discussing sensitive and personal subjects with empathy and discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a complex portfolio.
• A genuine commitment to the not-for-profit sector and the difference philanthropy can make.

This is a rare opportunity to specialise in one of the most relationship-driven areas of fundraising and help supporters create a legacy that extends far beyond their lifetime.
