Lead the marketing and communications strategy of The Kids’ Cancer Project, growing its national profile, audience and revenue to help fund vital childhood cancer research.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and joining the leadership team, you will lead a high-performing marketing and communications team and drive an integrated brand, marketing and communications strategy.
Specifically, you will:
• Lead marketing, brand and communications strategy
• Drive integrated campaigns that grow audience, engagement and revenue
• Lead and develop the marketing and communications team
• Oversee digital, content, social media, creative and media activity
• Use data and insights to optimise campaigns and measure impact
• Manage agencies, suppliers and key media and brand relationships
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO, Board and senior leadership team

Key experience and capabilities include:
• 5+ years’ senior experience across marketing, brand and communications
• Proven success delivering integrated campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Strong digital, social media, content and brand expertise
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management capability
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded
